Refund Policy

1.Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written request within the stated period to the following email address:

2.Return Conditions

Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• the product has not been used;
• the product is returned intact and in perfect condition;
• the item is returned in its original packaging, carefully packed;
• the return shipment is sent within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.

As these are handmade ceramic products, slight variations in color, shape, or decoration compared to the images displayed on the website are to be considered inherent characteristics of the product and do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

3.Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

The seller is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during return shipping.

4.Damaged or Defective Products

IIf a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to [info@arteinceramica.it] including:

• order number;
• description of the issue;
• clear photographs of the product and the packaging.

After verification, the customer may choose between:

• product replacement (if available);
• full refund, including shipping costs.

5.Refund Method

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned product or from verification of the defect, using the same payment method selected at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.

6.Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• customized or made-to-order products;
• products returned damaged due to inadequate packaging;
• used or non-intact products.
